The mission of the Reformed American Society is to create spaces and programs for teaching young people healthy faith-based living, and the principles of self-governance, so the torch of Liberty can be passed on to each succeeding generation.
Membership in the society is accomplished by attending one of our programs.
Children enter through the Reformed American Civics program:
Civic Initiation - A rite of passage intended for children aged 7 and up to teach them the basics of faith, American history, and proper citizenship. Upon graduating they are given a few token items and may participate in community gatherings and events.
Civic Formation - A rite of passage for kids aged 13 and up to learn more advanced Christian and American concepts and develop good habits.
Civic Graduation - A rite of passage to put the finishing touches on youngsters before being given the community's blessing and officially pronounced an adult.
Adults enter through the RAS Initiation Course.
The King's Guardian Fellowship is for people who show an exemplary spirit of stewardship over young people, and is entered by invitation only. An invitation is simply any item that bears the "King's Guardian" emblem, and the words "Frater Electus" or "Soror Electa" (depending on your gender).
